The rules of engagement for using robtcase.com and subscribing to The Tuesday Briefing. Plain language, no surprises.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the website at robtcase.com, your subscription to The Tuesday Briefing newsletter, and any other interaction you have with The RC Group through this site. By using the site or subscribing, you accept these terms.
If you engage The RC Group or any of its ventures (CSRI, Quirky Perks) as a client under a signed agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these general terms wherever they conflict.
2. What this site is
robtcase.com is the personal site of Rob T. Case, operated by The RC Group. It hosts:
- Long-form writing on growth marketing, operator topics, and business strategy
- The Tuesday Briefing weekly newsletter
- Information about The RC Group’s current ventures
3. Not professional advice
Everything published on this site, in the newsletter, or in any related public channel is the personal opinion of Rob T. Case, drawn from professional experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or fiduciary advice. It is not a substitute for engaging a qualified advisor for your specific situation.
If you take action based on something you read here, that action is your own. Reach out for an actual consulting engagement if you want advice grounded in your specific circumstances.
4. No commercial relationship implied
Reading the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or sending a message does not create an advisory relationship, a consulting contract, or any other commercial commitment. Engagements only begin when both parties sign a written agreement.
5. Newsletter terms
The Tuesday Briefing is a free weekly newsletter. By subscribing, you agree to receive issues by email and acknowledge that:
- Issues may occasionally include links to ventures Rob is involved with.
- You can unsubscribe at any time from any issue’s footer. We honour unsubscribes within 24 hours.
- The newsletter is delivered by Beehiiv as our email service provider.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (writing, frameworks, graphics) is owned by The RC Group and Rob T. Case. You may:
- Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back
- Share newsletter issues by forwarding them to colleagues
- Reference frameworks (decision-grade economics, the 90-day arc) with attribution
You may not republish full posts, repackage the newsletter as your own content, or use the writing as training material for AI models without our written permission.
7. Website use
You may browse the site for any lawful purpose. You may not (a) scrape or crawl the site at volume, (b) attempt to access non-public areas, (c) interfere with the site’s operation, (d) use the site to transmit malicious code, or (e) reproduce site content for commercial purposes without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site, the newsletter, or any related content is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including business decisions, lost profits, or opportunity costs that result from anything you read here.

The site may link to third parties (companies Rob is involved with, sources cited in posts, social platforms). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes to these terms

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, and you agree to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct discussion for at least 30 days.
